About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at bearded-coach.com and your engagement with coaching services provided by The Bearded Coach LLC, a Texas limited liability company owned and operated by Chris. References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Bearded Coach LLC.

Coaching Services

The Bearded Coach LLC provides personal and professional coaching services. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or clinical mental health treatment. By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that you understand this distinction. Please refer to our Disclaimer for a full explanation of what coaching is and is not.

Services are provided on a schedule agreed upon between you and the coach. Coaching engagements may include discovery calls, scheduled sessions, written communication, and any materials provided in connection with your coaching program.

Discovery Call

The discovery call is a complimentary conversation to determine whether coaching is a good fit. Booking a discovery call does not constitute enrollment in a coaching program and does not obligate either party to enter into a coaching relationship.

We reserve the right to decline to enter into a coaching relationship with any individual at our sole discretion.

Payments and Fees

Coaching program fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. Payment is due according to the schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment. We accept payment through the methods specified at the time of your engagement.

All fees are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change for new clients; existing program fees will not change mid-engagement.

Refund Policy

Because coaching requires significant preparation and commitment of time and resources, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about your coaching engagement, please reach out directly so we can address them. We are committed to working in good faith with every client.

Discovery calls are complimentary and require no payment; no refund applies.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited without refund. We understand that life happens — if you have an emergency, please communicate with us as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

To get the most from coaching, you agree to:

• Show up to scheduled sessions on time and prepared
• Complete any pre-session work, including the pre-assessment
• Engage honestly and in good faith
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes
• Communicate openly if something isn't working

Coaching works when both parties show up fully. We will bring our full preparation and presence to every session. We ask the same of you.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, design, and frameworks — is the property of The Bearded Coach LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

Materials provided during coaching engagements are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without express written consent.

Confidentiality

We treat all information shared in the context of a coaching engagement with confidentiality. In return, we ask that you treat any materials, frameworks, or proprietary content shared during coaching with the same respect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Bearded Coach LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in coaching services. Our total liability for any claim arising from coaching services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services in the three months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bearded Coach LLC and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of this website or breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or coaching services shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website or coaching services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
