You served.

You Sacrificed.

So why does life still feel out of control?

You're not broken. But something is off, and you know it. Things aren't working at home, at work, or inside your own head. You've handled harder things than this. You just need a plan.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You're bringing the stress from work home and it's affecting your relationships

  • You are bringing home to work and it's affecting your performance

  • Transition from the military left you feeling like you lost your identity, your purpose, or your people

  • You know something is off, but you can't quite name what it is ... and you're not sure talking to a therapist or fighting the VA is the answer

  • You are willing to do the work, but you need some help figuring out where to start

The Warrior Restoration Framework

Introducing the Warrior Transition Framework

A 90-day coaching program built specificallyfor Veterans. Designed from the ground up to help you reclaim clarity, control and purpose by aligning your mind, body, and faith.

This isn't therapy. This isn't the VA. This is a structured, strategic framework that gives you the tools to better understand what you are experiencing, then creating a plan to move forward.

90-days of work and you will have

Clarity - a clear picture of who you are and what you want

Control - strategies that actually work for your mind and body

Purpose - A renewed sence of why you're here and what comes next

The Bearded Coach

Who coaches you matters

I'm a 20-year Navy Veteran. I've dealt with the VA. I know the frustration of trying to deal with a system that does not always take what you have been through into consideration ... or who you are today.

My approach is trauma-informed, faith-rooted, and built around how your brain, body, and spirit actually work together. I'm not here to fix you. You don't need fixing. I'm here to help you build a plan to live the life you have to it's fullest.
